The Directors
Managing Director - Mike Dearman
Mike has in-depth knowledge of the storage industry. Graduating from Heriot-Watt University with a 1st Class Honors degree in Computing and Electronics, he began his career as a hardware engineer at a major storage array OEM. Quickly progressing to lead design teams, he created industry leading products such as the first 4Gb/s Switched Fibre Channel Disk Enclosure.
Specialising in signal integrity and the adoption of next generation technology gave Mike vast experience of high speed design and test techniques. Moving into a role of lead technical engineer, he worked to streamline development and manufacturing test processes. It was this work that convinced him of the requirement for bespoke test equipment to further automate the storage test process.
Technical Director - Andy Norrie
