How will we support you?
Quarch Technology does not just make test equipment. We provide a complete solution to our customers testing needs.
From the day you receive your Quarch product, we will be available to help in every way we can. We provide direct access to engineers and assign you a named technical contact in all cases.
New Installations
Before we ship a first order, we will always evaluate your needs and include suggestions on the best ways to start. If this is your first order from Quarch then we will normally send an engineer to assist in setting up.
We realise how important it is to get equipment working quickly. We do not charge for remote support so you can email or phone us at any time if you have questions.
Damaged Parts
All our parts include a minimum of one year's warranty. We keep
most spares in stock so we can normally dispatch a replacement
the same day. If the product was damaged through misuse or is out
of warranty then we may have to charge for the repairs. Repairs
are charged at a 'cost only' basis and if it's a simple fix, we
will do it for free.
Continuing Support and Training
We understand that your needs will change over time so will always support you throughout the entire life of your product. We offer training and support at any time you need it. Generally this is free unless you require a significant block of training or development work.
